Refund & Cancellation Policies
Friends, please be advised of our refund and cancellation policy:
- We are 100% committed to renewal for you and your congregation or ministry setting! Therefore, we don’t offer refunds because we want you to be 100% committed to your renewal too. Please be aware that your registration commits you to complete payment for the entire track or tracks, regardless of your level of participation.
- If necessary, you may transfer to any other open cohort which begins within 12 months. There is a $100.00 fee to transfer which covers administration and processing. Note for Track 1 and 2 transfers: If, by the time your new cohort begins, you have already used up the profiles for your Leadership Team of 10 or your Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders, and you have moved to a new location or wish to use new people we will bill you separately for those additional profiles.
- On rare occasions, we must reschedule or cancel our scheduled offerings, or replace personnel, due to low enrollment or other circumstances. If we must reschedule or cancel, we will give you as much notice as possible—ideally at least one month—and assist you in rescheduling and transferring to a new cohort, or refund your money. If you choose to transfer to a new cohort under these circumstances, the $100 transfer fee is waived.
- In the case of extreme weather events, we will do our best to honor each person’s safety and to reschedule as appropriate.
